Bell Captain - CTP
At Crown Perth, memorable experiences are created by being passionate and working together. As a Bell Captain you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Bell department including team development and superior guest relations to enhance the customer service experience for hotel guests. A Bell Captain is a Team Leader or Supervisor of the Valet and Bell Services teams. In this role you will provide guidance and direction to our Bell Services Attendants and Doorpersons working at Crown Towers Perth.
Essential Criteria:
- Current WA unrestricted C class manual driver’s license
- Demonstrated experience in the customer service industry
- Strong team leadership experience
- Strong communication and time management experience
- Availability to work across a 24/7 roster
Preferred Criteria:
- Demonstrated Hotel operational experience
- Strong understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
- Hospitality or related qualification
