VIP Service Executive

A number of exciting opportunities exist within our Premium VIP Gaming rooms; Mahogany and Teak, and we are looking for service focused and motivated individuals to join us on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the VIP Operations & Service Manager, the VIP Service Executive’s role is focused around engaging with and creating memorable experiences for all our local, interstate and International VIP customers.

The Role:

  • Greet all VIP guests entering; ensuring member-only access to rooms and farewell guests
  • Maintain quality control of room presentation and service standards
  • Work with departments across Crown such as VIP Services, Hotels and Marketing
  • Manage transport bookings, hotel arrangements and other patron requests
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of products, offers, events, promotions and general information relating to the Crown property, Gaming Machines and Gaming overall.

What skills we look for in our VIP Customer Executives:

  • Exceptional communication skills and immaculate grooming standards
  • Proven track record providing exceptional front-line 5 star customer service to VIP customers
  • Maturity, strong cultural awareness and a high level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Strong problem solving, conflict management and negotiation skills
  • Willingness and ability to work around a 24 hour, 7 day a week rotating roster.
  • You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
