The opportunity:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our business with attracting and hiring the best talent in the market. Based at North Ryde, you will be part of a dedicated team who are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to our internal stakeholders as well as prospective candidates who are interested in building a great career with Boral.

Day to day, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work collaboratively with Hiring Managers, Senior Leadership and People & Culture to develop, implement and evaluate recruitment initiatives for current and pipelined positions.
• Facilitate end to end Talent Acquisition functions including; job briefs, screening, booking interviews, employment checks, offer negotiations and on-boarding.
• Actively maintain our applicant tracking system (PageUp) to ensure data integrity.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the business areas that you support to ensure recruitment is aligned to their requirements and strategy.
• Participate in bespoke campaigns and relevant sourcing strategies to deliver on business needs.

The skills and attributes for success:

• Demonstrated knowledge of the external labour market.
• End to end recruitment experience with a proven track record in delivering successful and sustainable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine desire to provide a first-class candidate experience.
• Sound knowledge and application of Linkedin Recruiter and Seek Talent Search tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach with a customer focus mindset.
