About the Role

Provides technical expertise in the delivery of leadership, culture and team performance learning programs and products across BHP.

Accountabilities:

  • Facilitates effective and sustainable learning solutions that connect to BHP strategy, business performance goals and a continuous learning culture.
  • Creates learner-focused environments that are inclusive, encourage participation, create healthy debate and are psychologically safe.
  • Utilises facilitation methodologies and tools to build learning experiences that support acquisition of knowledge.
  • Utilises a range of coaching methodologies and tools to build learning experiences that enhance individual and team performance.
  • Applies an understanding of the business context, BHP operating model and ways of working to enhance leaners decision making, productivity and value chain performance.
  • Identifies, engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supports the professional development of other facilitators (both internal and external) through on-boarding, coordinating and/or conducting train-the-trainer sessions and/or co-facilitating with new facilitators to build their knowledge and capability.

About You

Required:

  • Extensive experience in facilitation of learning and leadership/cultural change programs
  • Experience facilitating both face to face and virtually
  • Experience coaching individuals and teams.


Recommended:

  • Experience in heavy industry
  • Experience administering and debriefing psychometric instruments
  • 5-7 years in a similar role.
  • Degree qualified (ideally in a Human Resources, Business or Education related field)
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
  • Recognised coaching certification (e.g. IECL Level 1 or equivalent)
