About the role

We are transforming, moving to a cloud first model, modernising and simplifying and you can be part of that! In this role you will directly contribute to developing our internet banking applications used by millions of customers. We’re scaling up, working in smaller teams to deliver richer features faster.

You will get the opportunity to work with the newest technologies, mentor others to see them improve their skills, whilst also having access to learning and development platforms plus the opportunity to get certified in cloud technologies. We offer a hybrid and flexible ways of working. This role can be based anywhere in Australia near one of our locations.

In this role you’ll get to:

• Do end to end development to deliver full stack solutions for internet banking apps (web and mobile), APIs and Microservices.
• Work in a cross functional team to build effective relationships with relevant stakeholders to deliver innovative features.
• Support and mentor other developers in your team to enable them to develop technically.

About you

We would be really interested to talk to you if you have some of the below experience:

• Experience as a full stack Software Engineer at a senior level.
• Experience developing API’s and microservices to deploy onto AWS or GCP.
• You will be skilled NodeJS and React, Typescript and/or Ruby (any of these please apply).
• The ability to create pipelines and use CI/CD methodology.
• You’ll have the ability to containerise and create DevOps patterns.
• You’ll be able to quickly understand architectural roadmaps and target architecture to bring others on the journey.
• The ability and passion to mentor team members technically.
• Keen to learn and improve processes.
