Location: Samlesbury
Salary: £39,316+ Dependent of skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Co-ordinating briefing material to appropriate timescales and in suitable format required
Managing diaries and travel bookings (travel, time management, task management, meeting packs etc)
Emailing management (drafting responses, delegating actions, correspondence, archiving etc)
Supporting set up online meetings through Teams, Skype and other similar platforms
Reconciling of submission expenses
Your skills and experiences:
Experience of providing Secretarial and executive administration support at a senior level
Experience in diary management and booking travel and expenses
Confident use of IT systems and meeting technology
Ability to manage conflicting workload and challenges whilst working flexibly and proactively

The Executive Secretary team:
As part of the Executive Secretary team you will have the opportunity to work within a team of 6 other likeminded professionals who deliver an excellent service to the US Programmes Management Committee and their wider teams within BAE Systems. The team are supportive of each other and work together to ensure operational excellence. You will have access to training through your career at BAE Systems supporting personal development and growth. There may very occasionally be a small amount of travel to Warton site.
