Job title: Quality Controller

Location: Samlesbury

Salary: Up to £49,843

What you’ll be doing:

• Liaising between internal & external stakeholders to resolve Quality issues and ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented
• Ensuring all required non-conformance management processes are followed
• Reporting Quality performance to the management team
• Contributing to Management System development / deployment / maintenance, including Quality policy and processes as appropriate
• Ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality system through audit and process confirmation
• Identifying and implementing Quality improvement activities and promoting the Zero-Defect philosophy

Your skills and experiences:

• Quality or Engineering experience in a manufacturing setting
• Relevant apprenticeship or degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Quality Control team:

As a Quality Controller you will work closely with our Operations and Engineering teams & external customers to ensure that the products we manufacture meet customer and regulatory requirements. You will provide guidance and support on all quality related matters to the wider manufacturing team.
