Job title: Early Careers Practitioner – Education Services
Location: Frimley or Weymouth

Salary:£41,868
What you’ll be doing:
Managing the development and delivery of our key education services activities across a range of Key Stages (Key Stage 1-5 and NEETS) including; careers events, skills and STEM based activities which enhance local and national education services initiatives
Building effective engagement with external stakeholders in our expanding outreach areas
Management of key internal and external stakeholders to co-ordinate and align delivery against an Early Careers Education & Skills Strategy
Acting as a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ within Education Services, providing proactive advice, guidance and support to all relevant operational areas and providers
Lead on the effective reporting of service performance, producing regular reports and KPI updates
Provide direction on policy and governance matters related to associated programmes, ensuring both corporate policies are adhered to and local policies are developed and maintained, including service reviews and improvement initiatives, in line with changing business and education requirements
Ensure and effective recruitment and selection process is fully supported to deliver a high calibre resource to the business
Your skills and experiences:
Experience of working with young people (within the 4-25 age range) in community, charity or educational setting
Qualifications or experience in careers, skills or STEM programmes
Proven stakeholder management; including building new stakeholder relationships
Experience of managing projects
Exceptional presentation skills
Good IT skills
Experience / Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes would be desirable
