Job title: Further and Higher Education Lead

Salary:£45,326+ (Depending on Skills and Experience)
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and continually develop the Further and Higher Education provision and sponsorship process
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including providing learners and line managers with advice and guidance in relation to the FE/HE process, learner support and wellbeing
Build strong relationships with learning providers and hold monthly meetings to track learner progress, review learner feedback and support with required interventions
Maintain accurate and concise learner records, including financial records and budget management
Support the wider Learning & Development team on a range of learning and development activities
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
Comprehensive experience of further education and qualification frameworks
Excellent at stakeholder management and in building relationships
Ability to influence and support learners
Ability to analyse and present data utilising a range of office programs
Adaptable to a continual changing environment with a track record in continuous improvement
Desirable
Understanding of the Engineering Function and STEM qualifications
Understanding of Apprenticeship Standards and the Apprenticeship Levy
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge and previous experience of the procurement process

The Learning and Development team:
The Learning and Development team is part of the Central Engineering Team which is responsible for providing services to the wider Engineering Function, within the Air Sector, including Governance and Assurance, Tools and Knowledge, Measures and Metrics and Learning and Development.
This role supports the delivery of Further and Higher Education within Air Sector Engineering and is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for learning and development, to help support our future engineering population with their development and career aspirations.
