Salary:£52,084+ (dependent on skills & experience)
What you’ll be doing:
Carry out a wide variety of support activities to assist the KSA Legal Team in the provision of legal advice
Assist the KSA business with the implementation of appropriate governance
Facilitate the effective functioning of the KSA Legal Team and the policies and procedures it owns and contributes towards
Support the effective management and processing of data protection, privacy and information management related matters across the KSA business
Identify potential legal risks associated with KSA business activities and support the development of appropriate mitigation strategies
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
Strong attention to detail
Good problem solving abilities - accesses and uses appropriate resources, both internal and external, to assist in providing legal advice and presenting solutions
Ability to identify and suggest practical solutions to business issues which are legally compliant and compliant with company policy as necessary
Takes responsibility for own work and decisions made
Desirable
Law degree and/or previous paralegal or commercial contracting experience (demonstrating a sound knowledge of contractual law) is preferable
Awareness of the legal system as a whole, including sound knowledge and understanding of key legal terms and principles

The KSA Legal team:
The successful candidate will join the small, well-established and collegiate KSA Legal Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a very broad and interesting role with good exposure to the entirety of the KSA business. The successful candidate will gain exposure to, and experience of, legal work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the potential to upskill and work towards becoming a subject matter expert/a recognised authority with respect to certain areas of the KSA Legal Team’s practice
