About the Role


As an Intern, UX Designer, you could assist with customer engagements and create UX/creative transformation deliverables on projects. You would be working together with the user experience team to assist in workshops to gather stakeholder and end user goals using a pool of techniques to help break down barriers, communicate better and generate new ideas. You would be assisting in the creation of compelling wireframes that illustrate a best-in-class experience for our clients and test those ideas by participating in user testing.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with our design and UX leads to create compelling user experiences
  • Support UX discovery via workshops & design thinking methods
  • Create low to high fidelity wireframes to illustrate the recommended experience
  • Participate in the creation of journey maps, user flows and personas
  • Learn the end-to-end process from project kick-off to delivery handoff
  • Understand how to design within different platforms/technologies

Academic requirements:

  • College Junior-standing, with target graduation date between December 2023and June 2024
  • Creative mind and collaborative spirit
  • Demonstrated exceptional performance inone of the following majors at thebachelor's degree level in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Psychology, Interactive Media, Human Factors

About you

  • Demonstrates a growth mindset with knowledge of UX design capabilities and strategies. You have knowledge of UX disciplines such as: UX research methods, information architecture, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping
  • Great communicator with an eagerness to work within a team
  • Knowledge of design disciplines including principles of UI design, layouts, graphics development, typography, color, and visual theories
  • Functional knowledge of UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD
