Your new role
The role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead will report into the Head of Organisational Development. This strategic leadership role will design and drive a change program across the global investments team to develop inclusivity as a recognised strength and design and implement initiatives to broaden the attraction, development, and retention of diverse talent.

To be successful in this role, you will need to show commitment to developing inclusivity as a strategic advantage to support our ways of working, decision making and ability to attract and retain talent.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Work in close partnership the Chief Investment Officer, Investments Senior Leadership, CIO-2 leadership and People and Culture team (both in Australia and with our international colleagues) to achieve the desired outcomes
  • Continue to demonstrate business value aligned to our diversity, equity and inclusion plans
  • Support the delivery of the Fund three-year diversity, equity and inclusion plan, as it pertains to Investments
  • Attract, develop and retain mid to senior level female talent from non-traditional career paths
  • Design and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive behavioural change and increased representation and success of key cohorts of diversity
  • Provide guidance, support and input into the various internal and external reporting requirements as it relates to DE&I accountabilities
  • Play a key role as implementation manager with the Male Champions of Change network

What you'll need

  • Strategic business partnering or organisational development experience is required in this role
  • Extensive experience in designing, implementing and successful delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Proven experience successfully delivering complex programs of change
  • Exceptional skills in coaching and influencing senior executives to drive change
  • Leadership and collaboration skills are critical for this role
  • Prior experience working in a high growth environment is highly desirable
