As a subject matter authority, you will using your extensive knowledge to advise, guide and support management of operational activities for the third-party risk management process. You will oversee daily issue management, coordination of the various service providers; monitoring and assurance activities and performance management and reporting as well ensure that all third party risk assessment activities aligns to company and area strategy and goals.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training and support materials, ensuring that program requirements are identified and implemented appropriately cross the business, establish/support program procedures, advise management and give general assistance in relation to 3PRM program.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the day to day operations of the third-party risk management process, including the tasks executed by the team supporting the process;
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to simplify and optimize processes and tools across 3PRM;
  • Support the implementation of changes and improvements to ensure mitigation of corporate risks (e.g. data privacy, ABAC, SHE, competition law, etc.)
  • Support the management of all aspects of governance, including working with counterparts in other SET areas in areas of overlapping accountability
  • Develop and deploy the operations SOP for third party risk management, including mapping of local variances and exceptions to the process;
  • Responsible to ensure effective monitoring and assurance of 3PRM engagements happen on a timely and rigorous manner;
  • Develop and monitor engagement cycle time and keep 3PRM metrics to a high standard of execution;
  • Understand risk and execute on priority tasks to improve the 3PRM framework such as executing on the closure of audit findings.
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions to support capability uplift initiatives across the enterprise
  • Engage with a network of champions globally to ensure transparency on engagement metrics and KPIs;
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the 3PRM Transformation across our organisation.
  • Support driving and embedding a culture of ethics and integrity

Essential requirements

  • Educated to Degree Level
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or a related industry
  • Detailed knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and IT change management;
  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communications skills
  • Strong collaborative, partnering, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to work independently

Desirable Skills

  • High ethical standards, trustworthy, operating with absolute discretion
  • Experience in project management;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of reporting and governance methodology;
  • A good knowledge of LEAN
  • Experience in using data points to influence decision making;
  • Passionate about operations and procurement;
  • Hands-on, resourceful
  • Another language in addition to English
