The primary responsibility of the role of Account Manager is to work closely with customers to develop an international payments programme adapted to their business needs, win share of wallet & leverage new products as their business evolves. Every member of our FX International Payments Team is a great listener and a business Subject Matter Expert (SME). We can help make you that SME.

This is an entry level role where we will develop you! Opportunities don’t come without responsibilities. As an integral part of the team you will:

  • Be responsible for a portfolio of Small to Medium Size Enterprises in the United Kingdom from a range of industries
  • Learn how to develop a contact strategy with every client to build positive relationships at multiple levels to find expansion opportunities
  • Take ownership for all areas of the day-to-day management of client’s accounts, resolving issues in a timely manner for the best customer experience
  • Focus on the customer as a platform for growth, expanding the portfolio to exceed business targets
  • Learn to understand the competitive landscape and cross-sell products to protect against the threat of competition
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive initiatives across the organisation

Skills you will have / develop.
