AECOM’s busy and diverse Energy team is currently looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to deliver a high-quality service in providing operational support to our senior leaders and our Group Director in Melbourne.

What will a day in this role look like:

  • Assisting the team with various administration duties including coordinating events and meetings, preparing agendas, minute taking, arranging catering, managing reimbursement/ expenses and inducting new team members
  • Coordinating senior staffs travel arrangements, providing proactive diary and calendar management and helping with their preparation for internal and external meetings and conferences
  • Providing assistance with the development of reports, briefs, governance papers ensuring a high quality presentation.

This is a 3-4 day per week position (Fridays being one of your days off) in a hybrid environment. You'll have the option to work from home some days, making it easier to balance your work and family life.

What are we looking for from you?

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting a group of professional and technical employees
  • Have the ability to ‘think on your feet’ in a fast-paced environment, while able to multi task and priorities tasks
  • Ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders in business lines outside of the Energy team
  • Embrace technology with a high degree of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word with a strong attention to detail and experience developing comprehensive reports and submissions
  • Be a strong communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills
