About the role

In this role you will work closely with SIAM Process managers and the customer regarding end-to-end Incident management and Change enablement matters. You will undertake key process activities and have a strong focus on process governance and reporting. In this role you will be part of the Service
Integrator function, working in conjunction with your colleagues, to ensure seamless delivery of critical services across a multi vendor environment.

  • Working with the Major Incident manager to coordinate major incidents.
  • coordinate and chair Major Incident bridge calls and ensure activities are in alignment with best practice incident management frameworks.
  • Ensure Major Incident management monthly reporting requirements and inputs are compiled.
  • Coordinating and collating required inputs into the Post Incident review process.
  • Provide critical inputs to the Major Incident manager to support the creation of detailed Incident management reporting.
  • Responsible for coordinating change enablement activities across the end-to-end service environment.
  • Support the Change Enablement manager in preparing and delivering Change Enablement forums and stakeholder meetings
  • Work closely with supporting SIAM processes to develop strong cross process value and integration.
  • Review end-to-end change enablement records, identify gaps or non-conformance with
    customer change engagement processes and policies.
  • Work closely with Service provider teams to actively monitor and manage change volumes and queues, including aged change records
Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a SIAM end-to-end Service management environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in Process coordination and administration processes.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating Incident related investigation and response activities across multi service provider environments.
  • Sound understanding of ITIL framework and its application in Incident Management and Change Enablement.
  • Experience managing high impact incident events, including Major Incidents.
