As a Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service to deepen customer loyalty and advocacy in order to retain customers.

The Role

In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions though telephone and email channels, to assist customers with maintaining their insurance cover. You will also execute agreed strategies to maintain and improve customer retention across multiple interactions including cancellations, cover reductions and financial hardship. In addition, you will also provide support to our vulnerable customers.

Your Experience

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Life Insurance, Superannuation, or Investment’s customer service professional. You will be skilled at delivering exceptional customer services and always look to exceed customer needs and expectations. Your strong verbal and written communication skills will enable you to develop rapport and build relationships with your customers and key stakeholders, and your solutions driven approach, keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines, will be essential to your success in this role.
