Maintaining processes to document changes in the applicable legal and regulatory framework for Company Secretariat.

- Governance projects and processes. Engaging in the development and ongoing management of governance-led initiatives and internal processes to support an effective Company Secretariat service for internal stakeholders.

- Meeting services. Providing a full meeting service to a number of executive forums and/or joint ventures, through: agenda management; ensuring an appropriate standard of meeting materials; recording accurate minutes and actions; advising on directors' duties and delegated authorities; promoting best practice corporate governance; and managing any annual or event driven compliance work.

- Company Secretariat service. Working collaboratively within the Company Secretariat team to instil high standards of corporate governance across the SSE Group, seeking opportunities to add value and assisting with the delivery of excellent service across the department's key accountabilities. Writing and presenting papers relating to Company Secretariat work to a range of internal stakeholders, for example, executive forums and other internal functions, and supporting responses to external queries and consultations.
