Magnesite is mined at our Kunwarara Operation; transported and further processed at our Parkhurst Site, then shipped and exported globally. We are seeking an outgoing Administration Officer to join our Kunwarara Operations. The purpose of the Administration Officer is to provide administrative support to the Training and Safety Department whilst also supporting the wider mining operations. This position will include a 4-day work week with transport provided to and from our operations.

- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve whilst working automatously.
- Previous experience in an office-based environment.
- Ability to work within a diverse position.
About The Role
As the Administration Officer, you will support the team by providing general administration duties including, data entry, minute taking, processing invoices, scanning, and filing. Support within our Training & Safety Department will require the ability liaise with external training providers to schedule training, induction preparation, monitoring and maintaining training records within our LITMOS system, ensuring compliance with relation to audits, safety, and training needs.
