It’s an open culture where asking questions is a good thing. We’re often presenting to senior management, which helps form a relationship so they can advise and guide you. I often learn by observing my managers and peers, but I’ve had the opportunity to take part in training such as Agile training, done my APM PMQ qualification, and I’m now doing my Masters degree with the help of Ocado Technology.
