How can you unearth the possibilities with Nufarm?

Nufarm has a rare and exciting opportunity for a Global Lead Development. This role designs and leads global development strategy implementation at the regional level in accordance with the global portfolio solutions directives and provides input into the global crop and product strategies.

A strong communicator, this person provides strong leadership in the development management including key insights from a regulatory perspective that will give direction to the crop and product strategy outcomes. This role can be based in Melbourne or North Carolina.

What’s possible?

• Puts in place a process to identify emerging threats/risks and develop appropriate responses, within and across regions
• Develops and implements development strategies to defend existing registrations and secure new registrations
• Coordinates activities across function and regions to optimise speed to market, relative to the stated strategy
• Coordinates Nufarm’s membership, participation and data consolidation and sharing for all relevant taskforces
• Provides standardised processes, tools and governance and ensures compliance against those standards for synthesis, formulation development, biology and field trial developments and more
• Optimises utilisation of in-house and contract formulation development resources
• Ensures high quality “manufacturing ready” technical packages are produced for effective transfer to supply chain

What do you bring?

We are looking for someone with the leadership capability and technical knowledge to lead Nufarms Product Development strategies. This person will have deep agribusiness portfolio knowledge with strong project management skills. You will be an excellent communicator and negotiator with the capacity to understand regional needs while still supporting global objectives and compromising when needed.
