The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to support our award winning Commercial Sales and Leasing Team in our Hobart Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing marketing materials
- Assisting in the sales settlement process
- Database management
- General administrative support
- Assisting our Graphic Designer as required
Who are we looking for:
- Experience in preparing print media
- Experience in using Adobe InDesign or a willingness to learn
- Demonstrated skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to work in a dynamic team
- A passion for customer service
- Any experience in a real estate agency environment would be advantageous
