As a Business Operations Associate at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will be a part of a flat-structure organization. Your responsibilities are to deliver end-to-end cutting-edge solutions in the form of cloud-native microservices architecture applications leveraging the latest technologies and the best industry practices. You are expected to be involved in the design and architecture of the solutions while also focusing on the entire SDLC lifecycle stages.

We're looking for people who have a curious mindset, thrive in collaborative squads, and are passionate about new technology. Job requirements:

We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to ensure the key operational and trade support processes are completed, documented, analysed, and improved in line with business growth. We are looking for someone who is, proactive, keen to learn, hardworking and up for the challenge

Job responsibilities:

  • Providing trade support for the trading team by perform pre and post trade checks
  • Trade matching and settlement
  • Monitoring and maintaining customer account trade instructions and cash allocations.
  • Managing stocks and shares ISAs, General investment accounts, Lifetime ISAs, Junior ISA and Pensions
  • Dividend processing
  • Escalation point for client service team and point of contact for investigations into client account history
  • Supporting product development by working with software developers and product managers
  • Improving processes
  • Reporting (FCA Transaction reporting, US regulatory reporting etc)

  • Extensive interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders of all levels
  • Proven ability to analyse, amend and document processes and procedures
  • Excel knowledge
  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills
