WHAT WILL MY JOB LOOK LIKE?

• Flexible work location and WFH opportunity!
• Ensuring the smooth running of customs clearance (both imports and exports)
• Coaching, motivating and developing a passionate team of Brokers and Clearance Support Agents
• Co-ordinating rosters, overtime and daily reporting
• Acting as the contact point for escalated customer complaints
• Creating a safe work environment by promoting WHS processes and encouraging a safe work culture amongst the team
• Shift days and hours will be discussed at the interview.

WHAT CAN I BRING TO THE JOB?

• Customs Brokers License – Desirable
• Experience in the Customs, Logistics or Aviation industry
• Genuine Leadership Qualities (experience coaching, developing and engaging your team)
• Proven experience leading teams to achieve goals and deliver on stretch targets
• Strategic mindset
• Excellent communication
• Passion for Safety and compliance
