Human Resources Associate -(Hourly) Columbus, Indiana (CMEP)
We are looking for a talented HR Associate to join our team in Columbus, IN with starting pay of $23.00 -$25.50/hour.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Ability to multitaskand maintain flexibility in a fast paced plant environment. Willing to support walk-in traffic spanning across multiple shifts. Assist on multiple projects and other duties as assigned.
- Supports human resources processes such as compensation, benefits, performance management, exit interviews at a multi-shift manufacturing site
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information in Human Resources Information Systems, including employee files
- Assist with HR projects focused on enhancing employee experience
- Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility in a fast paced plant environment
- Willing to support walk-in traffic spanning across multiple shifts
- Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills across various audiences
- Courage and resilience in managing conflict and change
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
