How you’ll change it up
The role of the Overlay & Enablement Planner is to produce robust and cost-effective civils and fibre-optic infrastructure designs in accordance with defined methodologies, architecture and project timelines. These must be suitable for both the customer’s and the business’ requirements. Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:

  • To work with pre-sales teams to scope and cost projects to support tender responses.
  • To design suitable civils and fibre optic infrastructure which are cost-effective, fit-for-purpose and future-proof
  • To produce detailed industry-standard documentation of that design

What you’ll bring to the role

You will have a full understanding of Local and National Authority regulations in respect to engineering works. You’ll bring the following with you:

  • Detailed working understanding of all aspects of fibre, civils and cable planning
  • Working knowledge of industry recognised QGIS software
  • Experience working on designs using PIA
  • NRSWA certification

We’re looking for people who don’t settle for ‘good enough’ and push things forward. If you’ve just found yourself thinking, ‘I’d love to do this’, we want to hear from you. Let’s change it up.
