Meaningful Work From Day OneSupport the accurate and efficient storage of over 600 SKU’s in a 197,000 square foot warehouse, utilizing and maintaining SAP based warehouse management system. Typical case quantity of approximately 600K-800K cases stored, with an average of over 62,000 cases entering and shipping from department each day. Supports loading of over 15 million domestic and export cases by 27 hourly employees and 2-3 temps. Assists with the storing, tracking and loading of cases. Supports 23 hourly employees in SAP Warehouse management issues. Communicates production and QC issues by interfacing with Shipping, Bottling Production, Safety, QC, and carriers. Develops and assists in training of new employees. Helps identify and resolve equipment and supply issues. Helps coordinate QC requests for inspections and holds. Helps resolve issues regarding product availability, volume constraints, quality, etc. Facilitates SAP functions related to loading and shipping containers on 2nd shift (typically 3:00pm-11:30pm).

What You Can Expect
Support the Assistant Inventory / Floor Manager as he/she supports the team of 23 hourly and 2-3 temp employees over 3 shifts.
Enable communication between Shipping, Bottling, QC, Safety, and Carriers, particularly in areas related to production, quality, and safety. Support team with SAP Warehouse Management issues (connectivity, printers, etc.).
Helps ensure proper storing, tracking and loading of approximately 500K-600K cases finished good cases. Maintain/ Improve SAP Warehouse Management systems to track SKU’s, quantities, batches, and locations.
Conducts cycle counts and other audits.
Helps track equipment issues (tow motors, SAP Warehouse Management terminals and printers, etc.). Provide documentation and maintenance support to ensure equipment is maintained in a safe and productive manner.
Work closely with the Safety department, ensuring adherence to policies and identifying areas of improvement.
Work with QC department, ensuring adherence to ISO procedures. Track batches when needed. Confirm ‘on hold’ product is identified and properly blocked for shipment. Tests pallets, wrap, and other packaging materials when needed.
Facilitates SAP functions related to loading and shipping containers on 2nd shift (typically 3:00pm-11:30pm).

We Are Looking For People Who
Associates Degree: Transportation, Industrial, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field and 2 years+ experience and/or training in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management.
What You Can Add To the Team
Bachelor's Degree: Transportation, Industrial, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. SAP experience, preferably in Shipping and Warehouse Management functions.
