Job title: Export Control Manager

Salary:£57,000+
What you’ll be doing:
To implement and maintain the overall export control governance strategy for the FalconWorks™ Line of Business which includes export control policies, procedures, processes, toolsets, and training plans
Responsible in producing, implementing, maintaining, and regularly reviewing the Export Control and Licensing Management Plans, and providing specialist Export Control advice and assistance to business teams
To support the implementation and management of export control governance including, risk identification and management, audit and assurance and timely investigation and reporting
To support career development, succession planning, talent management, learning and development needs of all direct reports and fellow team members
Responsible in supporting corporate/internal and external audits, including closure of actions where appropriate
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Experienced candidates who have done similar work in functional areas such as Legal/Export Control, Procurement, Commercial, Project Management, Engineering, or Manufacturing
Qualified to Degree level
Experience in Regulatory Environments
Ability to manage complex products, services and stakeholder networks
Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships internally and externally
Desirable:
Working knowledge of export control related business processes & procedures gained within a military aerospace environment
Working knowledge of export control regulatory frameworks including ITAR, EAR, UK, and EU

FalconWorks™ has been created to be a powerhouse of innovation for the Air Sector focusing on early life-cycle development of game changing technologies that shape the future, generating a new pipeline of products and services for the Air sector
