Salary: £38,000
What you’ll be doing:
You will lead a small team of Recruitment Operations Specialist to identify and supply BAE Systems Early Careers workforce, ensuring talent pools are able to meet the demand of our multidisciplinary organisation along with providing an efficient, world class service to hiring managers. You will be accountable for all Early Careers hire activity within allocated business unit, including line management of a team of professionals.
Your skills and experiences:
- Experienced people manager with proven track record of building and developing effective teams
- Operational experience, ideally in a Shared Service or recruitment environment
- Extensive expertise in the recruitment field (high volume recruitment)
- Experience of delivering to and working with service level agreements and service definitions.
- Previous experience in delivering niche and high-volume transactional recruitment services
- Proven ability of challenging and improving stakeholder perception through delivery of contractual measures and excellent service
