This role is within the respiratory and immunology biologics franchise with an exciting portfolio of innovative medicines currently available to patients in the UK and a number of assets being development for launch with great opportunities for career development in AstraZeneca’s home market and beyond.
What you’ll do
The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) will work across the respiratory & immunology biologics franchise to drive the delivery of key initiatives including digital assets by working with cross functional teams to create engaging content in multiple formats
The ABM will work with brand teams to develop audience personas and customer engagement strategies to ensure that the right content is delivered at the right time via the right channel. They will also lead on key advocacy initiatives to drive customer engagement in AstraZeneca medicines and programmes.
The successful jobholder will be expected to track, monitor and report on digital KPIs generating insight to impact plans, and also to support the delivery of digital training to brand team members and the field force
Essential for the role
- Degree-educated with marketing experience gained from an agency or in-house
- Highly proactive with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Multichannel digital marketing capabilities together with strong commercial business sense
Desirable for the role, but not essential
- Diploma in Digital Marketing (DipDM)
- Experience in the UK pharmaceutical industry
