Customer Support Representative

You’ll contribute to:
- Provide customers with professional customer service and achieve key service levels in the Contact Centre
- Action requests received on settled and closed claims in a timely manner ensuring the continuation of high levels of customer service are delivered to injured workers even after the conclusion of their claims
- Process improvements identified and implemented
- Work together with all groups to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
A bit about you:
- Highly developed customer experience skills
- Previous administrative experience in insurance and high-volume processing in a customer focused commercial insurance environment and/or a call centre environment will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and actively contribute to a team environment
- Previous administrative experience in insurance and high-volume processing in a customer focused environment.
