Our team is growing and we have new opportunities for experienced Customer Managers to join us. Lead an industry aligned end to end team in Customer Services focused on developing customer relationships to maximise customer engagement.

You’ll contribute to:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor an end-to-end team within our Claims Management Group to deliver service and support our customers to return to work.
  • Building and maintaining a work culture of constructive feedback, guidance, and coaching to your team
  • Relationship manage a portfolio of industry-aligned customers and actively undertake relationship-building activities with key stakeholders
  • Manage external providers to ensure their service delivery meets service expectations and supports Workcover’s objectives.

A bit about you:

  • You’ve worked within a commercial insurance environment or a large customer service function where you’re needing to problem solve and managed frontline staff
  • You are an experienced leader (3+ years) with a passion to get the best out of your people
  • Ability to interact and partner with customers to understand their position and how we can best deliver outcomes for them.
  • A proven ability to effectively plan and think ahead with the ability to organise responsibilities, meet deadlines and maximise work output
