Construction is now well underway for our new Moorebank NDC (MoNDC). Located in Moorebank NSW, MoNDC is the latest distribution centre being added to the Primary Connect Network. The 44,900 sqm facility - equivalent to almost three times the size of the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). This will strengthen Primary Connect’s national supply chain and service more than 1,000 Woolworths Supermarkets across Australia with more than 12,000 product lines.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement processes and strategies to achieve operational excellence
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Moorebank Distribution Centre is integrated effectively into our national supply chain network.
- Continuously improve our supply chain processes and performance, leveraging data and analytics to drive insights and inform decision-making.
- Building and developing your team by providing coaching and development opportunities to support their growth and success.
- Shift management of a large team in a fast moving enviroment
- Commencing on day shift this role with transition to a flex shift -working AM or PM as required
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in an operations management role
- Experience in managing large (100+) in diverse enviroments
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- A deep understanding of safety protocols and risk management
- A track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results in a complex, matrix environment.
