The State Deployment Support /Project Coordinator provides administration and coordination support to the State Deployment Team. This role will partner with and provide deployment progress updates to the Deployment Leads and State Deployment Manager.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Providing support to State Deployment Leads
  • Support and organise recruitment activities such as meet & greets
  • Provides liaison between Deployment teams and Proactive services / store operations
  • Plan and coordinate onboarding of new team members
  • Take ownership of relevant documentation including presentations, emails, agendas, papers and minutes for meetings, and improve document templates as required
  • Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Plan travel, accommodation and venue requirements for the deployment team
  • Responsible for expense management, invoices and approvals for all travel

We’re looking for an individual who is highly organised, is able to take ownership of multiple tasks at one time and has the drive and determination to meet deadlines. Ideally you will have come from a retail background, but most importantly you have the willingness to learn and grow

Our ideal candidate will possess one or more of the following:

  • Administration/PA background or Project Coordinator experience
  • Retail experience preferred and or experience in fast paced-environments
  • Managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communications - both written and verbal
  • Organised and can work to deadlines
