The Woolworths Talent Acquisition Team are responsible for the recruitment and onboarding activities for all team members for store roles within Woolworths Group nationally - from application to first day at work.

We are currently seeking people passionate about Talent Acquisition to join us to assist in onboarding all our new starters through our online Virtual Inductions! We support the first shift of our new fresh food people through a facilitated online classroom (ranging between 100 - 400 participants each session). Our role is to assist with any queries, technical issues, or hurdles they may encounter when completing their online training, as well as the facilitation of the sessions. Our focus is on setting new team members up for success from their very first day.

This position will be located in our Brisbane Office at Brandl St, Eight Mile Plains. Our Virtual Inductions are facilitated nationally Monday to Friday at various intervals from 9am with a latest finishing time of 10pm. We have multiple positions available to support both full-time and part-time arrangements and offer a hybrid working model.

You will bring

  • Confidence in hosting / presenting in virtual platforms including ZOOM (or a willingness to learn)

  • Ability to read the room, flex communication style and convey the message effectively

  • An understanding of, or desire to learn recruitment processes

  • Strong computer literacy skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to coordinate, prioritise and multitask in a high pressure environment

  • Capability to adapt to a highly changeable environment

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Tenacity and resilience
