The Opportunity

As the new Systems & Replenishment Specialist, your role will be to put the right products into consumers' hands as simply, accurately and safely as possible in a manual and automated pick ambient warehouse. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee New Lines, Allocation and Event activity (inc SAP Allocations & Exports)
  • Manage SAP/Host to WMS Data Integrity, Product Layout, Pick Paths, Family Grouping, Access, and Role Security = influencing how the system manages DC processes
  • Manage uptime of assets including troubleshooting of Vocollect voicepick headsets, thermal label printers, wireless devices on MHE, and numerous other systems
  • Root cause analysis and reporting of store misses, and site damages to remove or mitigate future recurrences
  • Vendor, store, and internal team liaison as required
  • Provide leadership to operational and commercial teams Incl. coaching and mentoring
  • Work collaboratively as part of a larger DC team to achieve site objectives
  • Be a trusted advisor to both DC team members and National support teams
  • Ensure service levels to stores and DC are to the highest standards
  • Actively participate in the permanent after hours 24/7 Systems Support roster & engage in after hours BVT (Business Verification Tests) for Systems Changes to always ensure minimal disruption to our customers


Who we’re looking for

Together with demonstrated experience in a similar role we are seeking an ambitious and passionate team player, with the following skills and experience:

  • A love of Technology and Systems and/or a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Customer focussed and strong team focus
  • Automation experience within supply chain operations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - MS Access and managing tables
  • Microsoft Excel reporting experience
  • Sound knowledge of Google Drive and Google Sheets
  • Change and/or project management experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for solving complex problems in a fast paced environment
  • Strong commercial acumen, time management and administrative skills
  • Warehousing experience and WMS BY (formerly known as JDA) and Vision knowledge
