Our Business Partnering team enables a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C businesses across various Woolworths Group Platforms. Not to mention the great team and breadth of experience each person brings to our team, it's a great place to learn, grow and thrive.

In this role, you’ll partner with and enable value by working through our Agile teams for our very own People Team. It’s a unique position to get close to People programs of work and working through the deployment and activation. In this role you will:

  • Support the embedding and activation our Agile ways of working
  • Partner with our People Leaders to identify and solve for key capabilities to enable career experiences that find, grow, and retain our talent and accelerate our talent ambitions
  • Partner across our Agile teams (Practices & Tribes) to translate business strategies into scalable, fit for purpose initiatives
  • Work in our Agile squads to effectively communicate business requirements, prioritise work, and make resourcing decisions to deliver high impact work
  • Activate the Group wellbeing and inclusion calendar, finding purposeful moments that matter and to connect our teams
  • Enabling our leaders to create and activate team listening plans to our culture
  • Partner with People leaders driving Employee Lifecycle activities including performance and reward cycle, talent planning, always on-team listening
  • Coach and support leaders with talent acquisition, onboarding, coaching, performance management, reward and recognition

About You

We’re looking for an ambitious, values-driven Team Experience Partner with the capabilities to perform in a fast paced retail environment. This role will suit someone with strong HR foundations and excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

As a People Partner with a strong partnership with our people leaders and working in tribes, It would be great if you have some (but not all) of the following:

  • Experience in Human Resources and business partnering
  • Demonstrates curiosity through a growth mindset and the openness to try new things, learn and grow
  • Ability to collaborate across large teams
  • Initiative and drive demonstrating success in the delivery of high impact outcomes
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills
  • Commercial acumen, solid judgement
  • Lived experience and clarity to lead self and others through ambiguity
  • Focus on delivering impact, not just activity.
