The opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and dynamic Team Experience Partner to join an exciting part of the Group.
Reporting into the People Lead - Acccelerators, you will drive value for our business by delivering purposefully focussed work within Tribe value missions while shaping deployment and activation plans within your Accelerators portfolio.

About you:
You are a proactive, collaborative, and engaging people partner with strong business partnering capabilities and commercial acumen. Your problem-solving mindset is second to none and you are energised by working through complex problems. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you adopt a data-led approach and a willingness to test, learn and iterate new concepts and ways of working.

You bring a strong understanding of core people processes and demonstrated ability to influence sound decisions which result in positive people outcomes.

You will also have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a relatable people partnering position ideally working with start-ups or within a tech business
  • Strong end-to-end HR process understanding with experience in health and safety is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • A resilient mindset with the ability to work autonomously often in the grey
  • Previous experience working within an Agile environment is desirable
  • Tertiary education in related field (e.g. Human Resources)


Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support the effective delivery of people strategies including aligning performance, capability, engagement, and talent initiatives
  • Lead the management of C&P reporting to influence decision making with data-led conversations
  • Develop change strategies that support business transformation and team enablement
  • Lead and manage bi-annual talent review cycles
  • Strategic partnership with business leaders to influence successful adoption and implementation of business change and programs of work
  • Proactively identify and manage people risk through the development of risk mitigation strategies and monitoring key controls within the business.
