About the role

We are seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and energetic person for this Casual role of Food and Beverage Attendant based at Larapinta. The roster for this position is:

• Monday to Sunday (7 days)
• Available for day or afternoon shifts
• Fantastic exposure to Woolworths Limited Distribution Network
• Work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Great hospitality opportunity

In this role, your key responsibilities may include:

• Cooking, handling and preparing food
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Housekeeping and sanitation
• Cash handling, processing EFT transactions and operation of the register
• Filling and maintaining the presentation of stock
• Abiding by all Company policies and procedures including those relating to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Food Safety
• Other duties as requested

You will report to the Canteen Manager.

You will have

• Experience in food handling and preparation
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff through strong customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible roster
• Experience in cash handling and till operation
• Excellent standards of personal presentation
• Proactive and self motivated with the ability to perform multiple tasks
• Ability to operate autonomously and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Portray a positive attitude
• Demonstrated understanding of OH&S issues and food safety
