Reporting to the Condition Monitoring Supervisor , the Condition Monitoring Analyst will proactively analyse equipment health data (including oil samples, electronic data, inspection reports, equipment history, utilisation, etc), and provide relevant recommendations for maintenance, component replacement, repairs and/or operator training.

In addition, the role will assist with the growth and development of our Condition Monitoring service offerings and Customer Value Agreement program.

Location: Reid Rd, Perth Airport

Roster: 5D2O Mon-Fri 8.5hrs

To be successful the following is required:

• Strong mechanical aptitude (mechanical or auto electrical trade qualification desirable but not essential)
• Demonstrated knowledge of condition-based maintenance practices
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
• Strive and have a passion to simplify processes for continuous improvement
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
• Align with and actively demonstrate WesTrac’s values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer focus
