WesTrac are looking for an experienced Branch Manager – Kalgoorlie to join our regionally based team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager – Regional South, this individual will be responsible managing the Kalgoorlie branch and will play a key role in exceeding customers’ expectations and ensuring the operational performance of the branch is managed in alignment with the companies’ objectives.
This individual will be required to demonstrate effective Leadership whilst being responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to their teams and building and driving a culture that is safe, productive and enjoyable.
This is a full-time permanent role working Monday – Friday and the individual will ideally be based locally, with housing and allowances provided. A relocation allowance will be available for individuals who are looking to relocate from outside of South West WA.
To be successful the following is required:
- Have advanced leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate a multidisciplinary team
- High level of commercial acumen with cost management experience
- Demonstrated experience working within a customer service focused environment
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) with the ability to effectively liaise at a high level with a diverse range of interdepartmental team members
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability and drive to follow through with required actions
