We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Business Partner - Finance to join our high performing Finance team based in our corporate office in Perth on a 3 month FTC.

About the role:

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will give you the best of both worlds, as you will be based in Perth with approx. 5 days a month spent on site to work with our site teams to complete cost reviews, forecasting and various reporting requirements.

Responsibilities will include:

• Co-ordinating and completing the End of Month Reporting process for Operations
• Responsibility for the operations monthly cost review and reporting including inventory & stockpile valuations, expenditure commitments and depreciation & amortisation
• Responsibility for the operations monthly Capital Expenditure review and reporting
• Co-ordinating and completing the Annual and Mid-Year Budgeting and Forecasting process for the Operations
• Responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of the Group budgeting (Xeras) and reporting (QlikSense) tool in collaboration with the Group Business Systems Team
• Provide support to the GM Operations on Commercial matters pertaining to suppliers and services

What Do I Need?

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance
• CPA/CA qualifications
• Previous site and/or operational based accounting experience in the mining industry
• Experience with end of month reporting process, cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting with strong analytical and numeracy skills and high attention to details.
• Excellent written and communication skills

Pronto or Similar ERP systems experience with exposure to BI reporting Tool.
