We’re looking for people passionate about customer service for an exciting opportunity as one of our Customer Service Officers.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Comfortable working with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adhere to business processes and procedures
*Seeking Applicants who love to learn and are seeking long term career development in an important state service provider. 4 weeks training will be provided followed by ongoing support and development.
About the role
This role is an essential part of Western Power’s service to the community; Fault and Emergency calls plus general enquiries from our customers in an efficient & customer focused. We operate in a dynamic environment servicing customers across multiple channels including social media.
