We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Remuneration and Benefits Specialist at our Perth Office, on a Permanent Full-Time basis


About this role

As the Remuneration and Benefits Specialist, you will be required to manage Western Power’s remuneration and benefits programs and to deliver specialist remuneration support across the business. This role will support the designing, developing, implementing, and managing all remuneration, benefits and total reward policies, procedures, including research and detailed analysis, and systems to meet both the broader HR and business strategies.


About you

We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business / Economics or HR Management or a related discipline.
  • Job evaluation accredited e.g. HayGroup / Mercer or willing to undertake required training.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Human Resources with specific experience required in total reward management
  • Sound experience in developing, implementing, and managing remuneration and benefits programs
  • Advanced analytical / business acumen skills specifically relating to remuneration benchmarking, analysis, and interpretation
  • Strong previous experience in provide total reward advice and guidance to a wide range of business stakeholders
  • Proactively propose process improvements by providing implementable solutions to manage process delivery
  • Ability to share knowledge/best practices with team members relating to own specialization.
