About the role

V/Line is responding to rapid metropolitan and regional growth. Your ability to partner with hiring managers while also delivering a great candidate experience will directly contribute to Victoria’s Rail Services of the future.

Our Talent Acquisition BPs enjoy being full-lifecycle business enablers.From taking the brief and providing market insights that inform your talent strategy, underpinned by our best-practice recruitment model, and seeing it all through to offer and onboarding stages, you'll manage it all.

This position will work across the Corporate Services portfolio with a strong focus on roles within the Information Technology (IT) space, supporting the business as we move through a transformative period of development and growth.

About you

This role requires someone with substantial experience delivering full life-cycle talent acquisition, ideally in an equally complex, values led organisation.

You will also demonstrate experience working with a variety of sourcing strategies, including passive search and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and connect with high quality candidates.

Knowledge of compliance and best practice within the Public Sector will be an advantage. You will uphold our values and ensure business decisions reflect Public Sector standards and principles.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 and is negotiable for our right candidate.
