Reporting to the Project Director, could you be our next Project Officer?
About the role
Joining the Project Services team, this Project Officer role will be servicing a large team with an emphasis on working with reporting, working with new systems, and liaising with other project officers to achieve business objectives.
In this role, you will facilitate various activities associated with project services, such as:
- Document management
- Report input and collation
- External services requisitions
- Onboarding of new project staff

About you
As our ideal candidate, you are a cooperative team player and comfortable working in a busy administrative environment. You have focus, drive, and the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders across the business.
Certificate III in Business/Office Administration and an understanding of rail is desirable, but not essential.
You are confident using Microsoft Office (Office 365), preferably with intermediate Excel and OutLook , and capable data management and reporting skills. Experience with new systems would be advantageous.

What we offer
The salary for this permanent, ongoing role is at classification Clerk C2, $84,681 ($42.7094 per hour), as per the current V/Line Rail Operations and Administrative Employees Agreement 2019.
