As the Senior Manager, Education & Innovation, you will provide high-level advice on strategic, operational and emerging matters to the College Pro Vice-Chancellor, Heads of School, College General Manager, and the Assistant Deans.
This role provides leadership and oversight of the Strategy and Operations teams within the Education and Innovation portfolio and develops and maintains effective professional relationships engaging at all levels across the College of Health, Medicine and Wellbeing, wider University and key external stakeholders.
How you will inspire us
As a key source of sector-relevant strategic and operational knowledge, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the College of Health, Medicine and Wellbeing’s Education and Innovation positioning and stakeholder strategy, whilst navigating complex issues affecting the Education and Innovation domain of the College.
Having extensive knowledge and understanding of the education environment, particularly in the Higher Education sector, you will lead and successfully deliver major projects and initiatives in line with strategic objectives and keep well-informed of government and university policies.
Your outstanding writing skills and significant experience in the preparation of strategic plans, communications and correspondence on diverse and complex policy, planning and operational matters to facilitate informed decision making; including applications/submissions, briefings, reports, and the ability to write for different audiences will set you apart from others.
In addition, you will be able to manage changing demands and priorities in a dynamic, high volume environment whilst providing model leadership and management capacity to inspire and motivate a team of professional staff to deliver exceptional performance and outcomes.
