The role
Be part of our team of IT professionals Based in Melbourne providing helpdesk support for over 5000 employees throughout Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role focuses on providing exceptional Level 1 support and customer service throughout the organisation. This includes installations and configurations of computer and telecommunications systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and troubleshooting technical issues.
What you bring
- tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Sciences or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.
- experience in MS Suite of products
- proven track record in effectively troubleshooting issues under pressure
- outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- good analytical skills
- ability to work on a rotating roster
