As part of our Vehicles and Tactical Systems business, our Protected Vehicles team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. We have an excellent opportunity to join us as a Demand Support Officer on a 12 month fixed-term contract role based in our Eagle Farm, Brisbane office with a potential to convert in to a permanent role. As a Demand Support Coordinator, you would be working within a team that supports domestic, internal and international clients to provide a high level of on time support to ensure that our customer needs are met. This role will also help in supporting financial controls team with regards to reporting, auditing and improving the invoicing and financial administration services.

This is a hybrid role with a combination of working on-site and from home.

Keys aspects of the role include:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to customers by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication

  • Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from quoting, order entry to delivery - ensuring accurate order processing, timely shipment, and soft-copy filing of all appropriate documentation

  • Problem solving: Proven history of resolutions in complex issues such as supply chain logics and delays, customer complaints, part identifications

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, sales, procurement, warehousing and maintenance support functions to ensure alignment with overall business objectives

  • Finance support: Support in accounts functions such as invoicing upon delivery

  • Key Performance Indicators: Work towards and monitor customer KPI’s

  • Ad-hoc Administration duties

How about you?

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in end to end order fulfilment processes

  • Experience with inventory management / supply chain desirable

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

  • Proficient in efficiently managing time and handling multiple tasks simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and upholding work quality

  • Ability to work collaboratively and build effective cross-functional relationships
