Thales has established strong partnerships with organisations such as the Clontarf Foundation, CareerTrackers, Mirri Mirri, Supply Nation, and UTS Jumbunna. These relationships have facilitated opportunities for us to support these organisations and communities and to learn more about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture.

Thales is a proud partner, and passionate supporter, of the Clontarf Foundation; a not-for-profit organisation whose mission is to improve the education, discipline, life skills, self-esteem and employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men.

    • Thales values flexibility and is committed to supporting our employees to find the most effective and efficient ways of working. Our employee flexibility program called ‘ThalesFlex’ covers areas such as the place you’re working, how you work, leave arrangements, and role flexibility.
  • Families@Thales
    • Thales has become an employer member of Parents at Work, a membership-based organisation providing work and family education and policy advisory services. All Thales employees have an access to Work + Family Hub filled with interactive resources, webinars, podcasts, and courses.
  • Employee Resource Groups 
    • Thales has an active Respect@Thales Council that plays a crucial role in connecting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives to our broader business strategy. The group aims to promote and maintain an inclusive culture where we can all be our authentic selves, approach our work with passion and achieve our full potential. The council is focusing on 5 areas; LGBTQ+, Gender, Reconciliation Action Plan, Veterans & Neurodiversity, and Accessibility. Each stream has a dedicated Employee Resource Group (ERG) and Executive Sponsor who are working on building a strategy for the respective area with the goal of fostering a respectful workplace.
